From NYC to Mongolia he has advised IFIs, Fortune 500s, and governments on >$1B in projects. He brings deep expertise in Mongolian markets, urban strategy and frontier real estate investment.

Gansukh Khurelbaatar

Director

Gansukh has extensive experience helping scale businesses in Mongolia. He has lead and raised investment into mining, real estate, entertainment and IT projects. He has developed investment strategies, led project teams and represented firms in negotiations with international investors and partners.

Ijilbish Batbold

Project Manager

Ijilee brings a background in logistics management and a proven ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects. As Project Manager, she oversees day-to-day execution and stakeholder communication, ensuring smooth delivery in dynamic project environments.
